The Life Balance Programs
focus on solutions that work for every walk of life, regardless
of age, gender or marital/parental status. Stephanie has the
following goals for each presentation:

Participants will:
- Adopt a new approach to life balance. Most
of the old strategies for balancing work and home life focus
on how to get more done and how to work harder and faster.
We don't need to know how to do more. After all
how much faster could we possibly go? The
solution is selectivity. The cure is choosing--not to get
more done, but to be more selective about what we do and
how we spend our precious time and energy. Participants
will learn how to make small, easy-to-implement changes
that will have a big impact both at work and at home.
- Identify specific, innovative strategies that
can be incorporated into even the busiest schedules.
The strengths of each program are the powerful ideas and
strategies that are lasting, highly effective and that people
will use for years to come.
- Leave the program feeling more relaxed and able
to take greater charge of their lives. Lower stress
levels will result in increased productivity, less absenteeism
and fewer health problems. Participants will learn to focus
less on what was left undone and more on the results that
they accomplish. In short, they will remember their strengths,
positive qualities and talents and learn how to achieve
professional success without compromising values or quality
of life--the key to life balance.
